There is a man by the name of Benjamin Fulford that has been revealing and reporting on these same issues for years now. His latest posting states “One of the immediate triggers is a lawsuit that was filed in New York on November 23rd, claiming the assets of the global financial system belong to the people of the planet and not a powerful religious cult that uses the United Nations as a façade.” in reference to the ‘falling apart’ of the elite Foster Gamble discusses.

This is what it looks like to me. I am almost there! Procrastination Conquered!

I promised updates on my progress with overcoming procrastination. I have certainly made great strides yet I am not able to leave it behind entirely. I don’t think I am the only one! Here is how my strategy has evolved.

Time management was something I was seriously lacking in. I had never studied it or given it any serious attention. I have started to focus on time management skills. It is definitely helping so I will share the process.

I have begun scheduling my day, literally hour by hour. This at first seemed like a totally restrictive idea and completely in opposition to my number one goal of freedom right?

Well here is the thing.

If I am the one making the schedule how am I any less free?

Perspective is everything! When I realized that making lists and scheduling my time was an effective procrastination slayer I changed my way of thinking about it. Procrastination has been my number one drawback or obstacle in creating the future I intend. I have great ideas and plans that I never follow through on.

It isn’t a lack of will power it is a procrastination attack!

This attack is really an episode of self doubt, a dip into the lake of victimhood and excuses. I couldn’t see that before, I would instead use my lack of attaining a specific goal as internal proof of my inability to achieve something. That was followed by my laying down and QUITTING. The only guaranteed way to fail is to quit. I have that mastered!

I learned a powerful lesson about agreements and trusting myself at The Gift Seminar put on by Jay Fiset. It boils down to my ability to renegotiate with myself at any time. The secret for me has been to;

• Allow myself enough time to complete the task I add to my to-do list.
• Choose to renegotiate BEFORE I berate myself for failing to meet the goal!

Of course I first had to be honest about How, When, Where and Why I procrastinate and explore the root of it. I had to admit to myself that most of the things I do in a day are just that, things. Busy work to make it look like I am doing something when in fact;

I am actively engaging in a process that PREVENTS me from accomplishing my goals.

In other words I found myself doing it ALL THE TIME! I needed a tool that would help me stop this pattern in my life. I decided to take a few skills tests regarding time management.

I had the definition of freedom mixed in with not doing anything.

This meant that if someone or something was managing my time I was no longer free. The truth is more like this;

Freedom is doing everything you ever dreamed of doing.

It is discovering the very essence of your being and becoming ll that you are with no holding back. Freedom is not passive it is action and adventure. This confusion has left me motionless out of a misunderstanding within myself. I am writing about this very personal struggle to help others gain some new perspectives on procrastination. It is not impossible to overcome. I know I am making tremendous progress in my own life. I am taking action now and moving towards my goals instead of chasing my tail and whining about how hard life is.

I am using this daily schedule to get myself back on track when I realize I am ‘procrastinating’ again. I look to see what I said I would be doing, thats all it takes. I can either do it or renegotiate and change the schedule. Either way it puts me back in charge of my day and delivers a death blow to the procrastination habit!

Here is how I started my time management program. I took a simple quiz to discover where I need help. This is a good Quiz for starters.

I took a quiz for students assessing study habits. Here were my results:

Setting goals 3

Breaking down tasks into steps 0

Prioritising 4

Using Lists 2

Persevering when things get difficult 4

Organising your work and meeting deadlines 8

Revising for examinations 2

Avoiding procrastination 3

Score 0-15  I scored 3.25! That leaves a little room for improvement.

Notice that I scored a zero on breaking tasks down into steps. I have been working hard on this and the results from this one tiny piece are astounding! I’ll share them next time.

It is what I AM and also what you are. It is in this spark that the desire to ‘join’ starts. There is a need to become one with our origins, the Universe, in a very organic way.

It is like a magnet drawing us all together. The chaos is created by the unawareness of our unique place or function. Like a puzzle, each piece is needed to create the whole, and there is not a single piece that is unnecessary. When you try to make the wrong piece fit all you achieve is the destruction of the whole.

Has it occurred to anyone else out there that all of our societal systems and civilizations promote this? This clumping as I see it, is the first step in creating separatism and competition between the groups. The more of that clumping that occurs the harder it is to shed it. Grouping seems a better description of a cooperative effort stemming from real thought and intention.

So if I am a:

• single
• white
• mother
• on a street
• in a neighborhood
• in a city
• in a county
• in a state
• in a country
• on a continent
• in a hemisphere
• on a planet

I have automatically built 12 walls to set me apart from the rest of humanity.

The last label unites me with earthlings but perpetuates the separation from other extra terrestrial races. It goes on and on.

I can bring in nationalities, hair color, language, or religion indefinitely until I am isolated from the rest of the universe.

This is where most of us seem to live.

This isolated state is brought on by focusing on the differences between us. The more we isolate ourselves mentally the more an emotional need develops  to belong. It can be no other way based on cause and effect. When we become really aware of our uniqueness we find that that is in fact the ultimate unifying factor because it applies to EVERYONE!

Now that we have had a moment to step back and understand that the separation is itself an illusion because we are all inside the same universe, do you feel different?

Have you ever looked at it from that angle?
Can you wrap your mind around the fact that the more we try to belong the harder it becomes to find our group? Focusing on our similarities erases the sense of isolation. It satisfies because it is truth. Traveling teaches me that people are just people wherever you go. We all have the same fears and desires. We want to be accepted and loved, no matter what language we speak.

We do all have places we belong. The skin cells all bond together to create that system in the whole as do bone cells or any of the other different systems of the organism. It is when those systems do not work smoothly within the framework that illness and even death occur.

Health, is merely the cooperation of unique entities toward a common goal.

There are physical systems, mental systems and emotional and spiritual systems. The unique combination of these form what we are in this world, human. If any one of these systems is out of sync the whole suffers. Not just our individual being but the entire race. Everything each of us does affects the whole of creation.

We are all part of this same thing called life. When we stop fighting against ourselves everyone and everything will win. Losers aren’t natural, it is a condition imposed by the mindset of humanity.

I am compelled to write; to somehow try to explain that which I know internally, in the very core of my being as truth. I am not the only one that has reached this same conclusion, nor will I be the last.

I hope you will be the next.

Why Am I? Not Who because that can only be answered AFTER the Why!

Let us begin in the middle, for from that point the past and future are both within sight. The middle being basically where we all stand now.

Right now.

That is the other important point to the middle, the now. That is all there really is! Translated that means it is the only time upon which we can exert an influence. The same truth applies to who.

Now is the answer to when and I, or myself only, is the truth of who. Where is not important because the actual place that changes happen universally is inside your soul, your consciousness or whatever you call that spark of life that makes you uniquely you.

I expect to jump off on a number of tangents here and there that may seem unrelated, but really are not. The first chance to do so appears right here.

I want to comment on your individuality, your uniqueness and what that means. It is certainly an accepted knowledge that ‘belonging’ to some group is the goal. It is certainly expressed in many different ways, but still becomes a ‘grouping’. The universe itself shuns the grouping of identity at this level. This may seem contradictory but in fact it is the reason for our uniqueness.

We are like an individual cell of a larger organism. It is through the cooperation of all of the independent entities that the larger organism can function properly. So it is up and down the scale, be it a large organism like the galaxy, or a small organism like our own body.

Our body doesn’t want every cell to be just like our skin cells! It NEEDS the individuality of each system to cooperate with the rest seamlessly for optimum performance.

This seems so plain, so obvious, yet so over looked.

BE UNIQUE! BE JUST YOU! There cannot be anything unattractive or wrong about you, you are just different, as you ought to be!

It is my opinion that the troubles in our lives stem from this very basic foundation. It is a belief somehow that we should be like others. I think it is ingrained into us as a form of hypnosis or programming from birth.

If we are independent, and comfortable being so, we are a threat to those who seek to control us. Ask yourself : How much time is really invested in learning who we are really as compared to time invested looking or acting like everyone else?

What does that mean? It means that self growth is a path and there really is only one destination. It isn’t anything except self awareness. The lessons continue, life goes on. It is just that you see it from a different perspective and take a different message from the events.

The latest step for me along the path of awareness came from a three day free seminar called The Gift. The name is an understatement.

This is a grueling three days make no mistake. It was one of the most revealing and eye-opening weekends of my life. It exposed the root of my endless obstacles. It pointed the way like an arrow to my purpose. It left me in awe of the power within each of us.

The answers are different for everyone that attends. It is all about you. This is what I found out about me, my dirty little secret, I have spent my life as a victim.
More like a martyr,

“Everything I do for you and you treat me like this?”

It is an excuse to not be held accountable for my own life. It is how I stay safe from the fear of not being good enough. If I keep my focus on external events I can claim helplessness.

It doesn’t sound like much on the surface. It is a rip tide underlying every choice I make. It is why I am where I am today and yesterday and tomorrow as well.

I have been creating situations to prove that I am in fact a victim over and over in my life.

These ‘obstacles’ are the very opportunities needed to learn this lesson. That’s why it happens again and again. Different places, different people the same story, a repeating pattern. The cool part is to understand that as long as the same conditions continue to recreate you can be certain you haven’t given up on yourself! It is the repeating pattern that is really waving the flag of opportunity.

What we do with this information determines if the pattern holds or if the whole world changes course. Life can change in the blink of an eye.

Truth is that if something is predictable it is preventable.

Please read it. You see you are either a victim, a rescuer or the persecutor in a cycle of victimhood. EVERYONE in your life is playing one of these roles or they wouldn’t be there. The cycle goes around and everyone changes their roles to keep the game going. The only way to win is to stop playing!

Identifying the pattern isn’t enough. We all are quite aware of what the pattern is. “Not this again” right? The secret to changing the result is to change the pattern. This requires tools.
Maslow’s Maxim says that if the only tool you have is a hammer every problem becomes a nail. How do we acquire new tools? Education is the one word answer.

Realize that you don’t know what you don’t know and find someone that has gone before you. I don’t believe any one can truly teach something they haven’t experienced. Through the sharing of these experiences we begin to create a new awareness. In the helping of others we ultimately help ourselves.

I have made a pact with myself to step out of the game. I am watching everything change. It is changing because I have changed. If you want to change your life start

Children grow up playing games mimicking the adults they see in real life or on TV. This is where we learn how to function in our world. It is also your first lesson in how to think.

In this article I am going to ask you to look at this thought process you currently employ and try to be objective. You may be in for a surprise when you see how pre-programmed most of your decisions are.

Today’s world is overwhelming in its information overload. The billions of pieces of knowledge that come rushing in everyday would flatten us if we didn’t use some form of filtration system. The power of the human mind is such that automatic filters operate without us having to consciously engage them, much like the automatic process of breathing keeps us alive. We CAN think about our breathing and focus on it, but it will happen without our direct participation. When you realize that your thoughts work this same way, happening at an automatic level UNLESS you consciously direct them, it begins to crack open the door to another way of life.

Everyone is constantly thinking, that is what being conscious IS. When you are asleep your mind is still working but functions solely on auto pilot, this is your unconscious. So, where do these thoughts come from?

The source of your thoughts seems to be from external sources or information, in other words, your conditioning or learning. The social conditioning and education you have been collecting all of your life determines what you consciously think about. It is from here that your filters get set. This has been proven to the satisfaction of many scientists, we will cite the instance of the invisible ships:

“The story actually traces back to Captain Cook and his landing in Australia in April 1770. In other first encounters, the locals sailed or paddled out to meet Cook’s ship.5 At Sandwich Sound in Alaska, they came in canoes, showing open hands as a sign of friendship. Off New Zealand, canoes full of Maoris were more aggressive: “They brandish their spears, hack the air with their patoo patoos and shake their darts as if they meant every moment to begin the attack.” 6 But when Cook arrived off Australia, his ship drew no reaction. According to the historian Robert Hughes: “It was the largest artefact ever seen on the East Coast of Australia, an object so huge, complex and unfamiliar as to defy the natives’ understanding.” This is clearly the origin of the tale of invisible ships. So in the modern age, we like to think we are so much more openminded, and we are, but metaphorical ‘invisible ships’ still plague us. There is a ‘condition’ called normalcy bias that is one of the most prominent filters for us all.

You know what it is like when you see something that doesn’t ‘register’ at first. You have to stop and do a double take to see extraordinary things because our minds just filter the information out automatically. Have you ever been in close proximity of a major event and not noticed it right away? We all have had it happen, it is a normal process. Search engines were modeled after the human mind and we don’t hesitate to ‘filter out’ information when using one. In fact, it couldn’t function otherwise!

The normalcy bias has another aspect to it that bears notice. If something happens that we couldn’t or wouldn’t do we can’t acknowledge it. We can’t even consider something that is on the opposite end of our experience. We have no frame of reference with which to do so.

This is the missing communication link between people. If I have only my own experiences to draw from in my thinking process how can I possibly understand someone elses ideas that didn’t have a shared background? Data in = Data out. We understand that if the wrong information is entered into a ‘machine’ it will give us an inaccurate printout. This also happens when a ‘required field’ is left blank. The program cannot provide an accurate answer with limited or false data.

The act of thinking consciously requires us to focus attention on what filters we are using and if those filters are stemming from normalcy bias or socially conditioned roots. This requires us to first begin to open our eyes to  unfamiliar information. The act of investigation in no way requires you to change your beliefs. The refusal to even look at other ideas or viewpoints is usually a strong indication of an utter lack of conscious thought processes. It is indeed a symptom of automatic thinking that traps us in a perpetual state of life. The only relief of which is death.

The Theory of a Musical Universe1

“The universe consists solely of waves of motion.” relates Walter Russell in chapter 31 of A New Concept of the Universe. Another way of saying this is: “There exists nothing other than vibration.” In Russell’s statement lies the base for his next blast at orthodoxy’s belief in a material universe: “Any theory which cannot find a fitting place within the wave has no other place for it in Nature.” Hard words for sure but can they stand up to scrutiny? Is it possible to create a paradigm of nature that is structured entirely on wave or vibration theory? Investigating the pioneer work of John W. Keely’s Sympathetic Vibratory Physics2 would lead us to believe this is so.

In chart #1 we can see how this process works. Any harmonic series or scale has a base frequency from which all its harmonics are derived. This base tone is called its fundamental or key note. In the chart a subharmonic of the musical note “C” is used as the fundamental or foundation upon which are self-generated a series of harmonics. This note has a frequency or rate of vibration of 256 cycles per second (cps) or a suboctave harmonic of middle “C”. The little squares contain a number representing the relative amplitude or power of this note compared to the other notes soon to be introduced. As a natural process of creative force this fundamental tone will vibrate and this vibration will divide itself into its own superharmonic of 512 cps (2 X 256) which will in turn divide ad infinitum according to natural law. Concurrently the number will also resonate and be sympathetic with subharmonics of 128, 64, etc. This process of dividing into smaller and smaller wavelengths is creative and evolutionary and according to the Law of Harmonic Vibrations:

“All coherent aggregates are perpetually vibrating at a period-frequency corresponding to some harmonic ratio of the fundamental pitch of the vibrating body; this pitch is a multiple of the pitch of the atomole [a subatomic unit].” John Keely5

There is another kind of additive and subtractive synthesis going on in vibrations as they interact. This summation or difference is in the POWER of the vibrations. Throwing a pebble in a calm pool of water will give rise to concentric rings of waves expanding outward. The rings of waves possess two basic wave characteristics. Each ring is composed of a raised portion of water and a sequential portion of lowered water each portion being above and below the normal level of the water respectively. If another pebble is thrown into the water a second series of concentric rings will arise. The two series of rings will interact. Where the crest of a wave meets another crest of a wave from the other ring series the two crests will add their height to each other thereby creating a momentary increase in height above the unadded portion of each wave. And where a trough meets a trough the reverse will be true. In sound waves this adding and subtracting will occur with harmonics and harmonics of harmonics resulting in quite complex wave configurations.

So with these little snippets to get your attention perhaps we can begin to see Creation from a more personal place. We are all in the  pond as discussed above. The awareness of that is the first step to removing friction in our lives.

There is a simple and common craft that is made all across the country called God’s Eye. It looks like this:
There are a couple of things to discuss here about the relationship between this simple project and the bigger picture. Usually this is made , like here, with whatever colors of yarn the crafter chooses. It is easy to see that the rainbow pattern like the visual aid is easy to apply and appealing also.
From here let’s visit some of the sacred geometry we discussed and consider that the platonic solids are actually very similar to prime numbers. The ‘double pyramid’ shape is actually one of the platonic solids:
In three dimensional space, there are ONLY FIVE natural frequency modes for spherical EM standing wave, resulting in the formation of the five Platonic solids shown below.

This doesn’t really match up with the octave model yet though. Here is how we put that together using some modern and ancient knowledge.
We need to include the sphere as the most complex and complete ‘prime’ shape that exists. Buckminster Fuller described a sphere as “a multiplicity of discrete events, approximately equidistant in all directions from a nuclear center.” This makes the sphere the most complex three-dimensional object that there is; an infinite number of different geometric shapes can be drawn inside of it, by simply connecting different points on the surface of the sphere together. Next we move on to the ancient Vedic texts. “For the rich, mystical culture of the ancient Vedic texts, with the full cooperation of extradimensional entities flying about in fabulous vimanas, the icosahedron shape was actually turned into a god. They named him Purusha, and in the seventh dimension, or density, he represents the masculine force in the universe.” This is also found at the link above. This Shift of the Ages by David Wilcock is really a wonderful collection of information that he has put together in one volume. I don’t necessarily buy into David’s reincarnation of Cayce theory, but I have personally studied the physics that he mentions here and independently verified the information he presents. I believe it to be accurate. Feel free to study the pieces yourself and reach whatever conclusion you want. As a side note, David has ‘revised’ this text from the original version I read more than a decade ago. I have not reread the entire text since. I do not agree with David’s image of the platonic solids in order repeating the icosahedron he uses here:

He leaves out the first Platonic Solid or tetrahedron and ads the star tetrahedron in its place while duplicating the icosahedron. Only the beginning and the end can possible repeat and maintain the integrity of the octave. I appreciate all the work he has done, but logic doesn’t allow for his image to be accurate. Ok so here is a ‘picture’ of my new model of the octave of creation:

The center solid is the cube. It is the most opposite of the sphere with the corners evident. It is from here that the transformation back to the sphere shape begins. The last shape before we repeat with the same pattern is a star tetrahedron.It is an expression of the first shape amplified. This shape is rarely used in our mathematical discussions as it is so infused with religion and spirituality. It is the shape of the Star of David, the Flower of Life, the Merkaba or whatever you want to call it. It seems natural to me that as the vibration intensifies it would be an actual multiplication or doubling of itself before it ‘splits’ into the new octave. Hence the doubled tetrahedron. This is my intuitive vision of how this looks on paper. I am not sold on the position of the star tetrahedron and need to investigate the math behind it more thoroughly. It does feel right here though. It represents also an ‘explosive burst’ of energy that must precede the transformation to a new octave.
